Marigold's Finest creates artisan, micro-batch chocolate bars using traditional, handcrafted techniques devoted to small-batch, single origin production.
We start by personally selecting and roasting our cacao beans. Every step of the process we work to get the best possible flavour. We typically work (or, "grind,refine") our nibs 36-48 hours. This brings out the best possible flavour from the bean while remaining true to its unique personality. In order to highlight the distinct terroir of each bean variety all of our chocolate is made with 100% of the cacao butter that is original to that bean.
We use no preservatives, additives or substitutes in our chocolate.
